Doesn't need waxing or recoating
A common misconception is that linoleum requires regular waxing. Modern Marmoleum comes with Topshield Pro, a factory-applied UV finish that provides day-one protection and requires no initial polymer application. Routine maintenance is sweeping and damp mopping with a pH-neutral cleaner.

Safe for the whole household
Marmoleum is inherently antibacterial, a natural property of linseed oil. It's phthalate-free, has very low VOC emissions, and is Red List free under the Living Building Challenge. It's a particularly relevant choice for households with young children, allergy sufferers, or anyone wanting to reduce chemical load in the home.
