    Allura Puzzle

    Allura Puzzle is available in 12 beautiful designs, ranging from realistic wood to stone and concrete effects. The tiles are connected by a tight puzzle connection that is barely noticeable after installation. Installation is quick and easy, resulting in low downtime. Allura Puzzle can handle small irregularities in subfloors, never requires adhesives and can be used in the most demanding environments. Allura Puzzle floors are fully recyclable and thus ready for the circular economy.

    Allura Puzzle is often used in supermarkets, public areas and other demanding high-traffic applications. The floor will pleasantly surprise with its performance, appearance and the ease and speed of loose lay installation.

The unique puzzle shaped tiles of Allura Puzzle are quick to install without the need for adhesives and are easy to remove, re-use and recycle. Allura Puzzle floors require minimal subfloor preparation, are quick to install and immediately ready for use. The strong and stable puzzle connection between the large tile formats provides excellent dimensional stability. Ideal for loose lay installations in high-traffic areas such as supermarkets and public spaces.

Allura Puzzle is offered in puzzle shape tiles of 96x96 cm with a 0.7 mm wear layer and a total thickness of 5 mm.
The Allura Puzzle collection contains 22 different designs.

Every project is different and has its own specific demands. This can be in relation to the subfloor, the volume of traffic that passes through, or the size of the project. Within our Allura LVT portfolio we offer solutions for all types of applications. Depending on the requirements for your project, you can choose for a specific vinyl tiles construction: fully adhered, loose lay, tackified loose lay, click connected or puzzle connected loose lay.

In addition, we have our silent hero: Allura Decibel. Allura Decibel offers the looks and performance of our other Allura floors and meets 19 dB acoustic requirements.

How to specify your order?
Each Allura collection has a unique identifier that indicates the construction:
● DR7 - Allura Dryback wear layer 0.70 mm
● DR5 - Allura Dryback wear layer 0.55 mm
● DR4 - Allura Dryback wear layer 0.40 mm
● FL1 - Allura Flex wear layer 1.0 mm
● FL5 - Allura Flex wear layer 0.55 mm
● CL5 - Allura Click Pro wear layer 0.55 mm
● PZ7 - Allura Puzzle wear layer 0.70 mm
● AD8 – Allura Decibel wear layer 0.80 mm
● AD3 – Allura Decibel wear layer 0.35 mm

Each colour has a colourway number, like 60284. Add the code above as a suffix behind the colourway number to specify your required Allura construction.

Example: you want the dark twine in Allura Puzzle. Take the colourway number of dark twine which is 63655, and add PZ7 behind the number: 63655PZ7.

To prove the eco-friendliness of our LVT floors, Forbo uses several assessments. The first is the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) technique resulting in an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD). This declaration, which is transparent and third-party verified, is based on a technique to assess environmental impacts associated with all the stages of a product's life from raw material extraction through materials processing, manufacture, distribution, use, repair and maintenance, to ultimate disposal or recycling.
