New Vendor Account Data Request

To allow us to open a vendor account for your business, please provide the following information on company letterhead, signed by an authorised signatory and dated within the last 6 months. If any of the information is not supplied, there may be a delay in opening your vendor account.

• Company name and address
• Telephone number
• Full bank details, signed by an authorised signatory stating their position within the company and dated within 6 months
• VAT registration number
• Registered office number
• Registered office address
• Email address for remittance advice

Please note:
Our standard payment terms are 30 days from end of month. Submission of the above information will constitute acceptance of these terms.
All invoices / statements / reminders should be sent, in PDF format to Kirkcaldy Purchase Ledger at kirkcaldypurchaseledger@forbo.com

It is policy to issue a GBP/USD/Euro 0.01 test payment to your nominated bank account. Once this test payment has been received Forbo Flooring UK Limited will require electronic proof of the credit as confirmation.

We will process your data for the purpose recognisable for you at the time of data transmission to us. We may furthermore use data, namely website access and usage data and any data you submit to us, to identify your preferences and to provide you with information about our products which might be of interest to you (in case you wish not to receive any such information, please let us know at info.flooring.uk@forbo.com). We partly engage external service providers, domestic and foreign, for the processing of data.
