Working Process

Tools : Adhesive spreader. The type of spreader depends material and subfloor.
Open time : Approx. 50 minutes.*
Mixing ratio : 100 parts by weight of component A 10 parts by weight of component B.
Application temperature : TODO
Processing time : Use within 50 minutes after mixing.*
Curing : Approx 12 hours. *
Storage : Store cool and dry in unopened packaging.
Shelf Life : Approx 18 months, in unopened packaging. Do not mix partial portions.
Cleaner : 815 Euroclean HandClean, 358 ToolCleaner.

Remarks : 

Technical information and safety data sheets of any laying materials and floor coverings used must be observed! It is recommended to wear suitable gloves when applying the adhesive as the reaction components penetrate deep into the skin and are difficult to remove. Cured adhesive can only be removed mechanically. The pot life depends on the temperature, i.e. it becomes shorter at higher temperatures and longer at lower temperatures. At lower temperatures, the flow behaviour of the adhesive is worse, the setting time is considerably longer. At higher temperatures the adhesive becomes thinner, the stability suffers, a higher adhesive application is necessary. Due to the resulting faster reaction of the adhesive/hardener mixture, faster work is necessary. It must not rain or be foggy during application. The materials to be laid must be dry. Use Eurocol Euromix 160 Turf Pro in case of fog or morning dew The adhesive has excellent adhesion properties to most artificial turf surfaces. In case of doubt, carry out adhesion tests before application.

* The mentioned values have been established in our laboratory and must be considered as guidelines in view of possible variations in climatic circumstances, subfloor compositions and layer thickness.

Consumption:

Substrate:
  • All load-bearing, water-draining subfloors suitable for sports facilities are suitable as subfloors.
  • Care must be taken to ensure that the subfloor is in perfect condition.
  • It must have the appropriate strength and hardness for the respective requirements.
  • Bonding is carried out on dry Eurocol seam tapes, depending on the subsequent sporting load.


User manual:
  • Before use, temper the product according to the processing conditions.
  • Empty the hardener component completely into the resin component and mix homogeneously with a suitable stirrer for approx. 5 minutes, also in the wall and bottom areas of the containers. Immediately decant into a clean container and mix again.
  • Apply the adhesive quickly to the seam tape with an adapted toothed strip or applicator, do not leave it in the mixing vessel for too long.
  • Lay out the covering and fold it back from the seam and place the seam tape centrally under the subsequent seam. The adhesive is applied to a Eurocol seam tape made of polypropylene fleece (e.g. 849 Eurotape U) [universal], in an appropriate amount of the adhesive to the back structure of the flooring so that sufficient grooved back wetting is achieved.
  • The covering can be laid immediately after the adhesive has been applied within the working time.
    Afterwards, the covering should be rubbed or rolled on well.

However, the working time depends on the ambient temperature, air humidity and the temperature of the subfloor. The specified value applies to a normal climate of 20°C/65% relative humidity and fresh adhesive mixture. If the covering is laid too late, wetting of the covering is no longer guaranteed. Insufficient adhesion is the result.

Proceed in the same way when laying the field marking.

Processing conditions:

min. 5 °C floor temperature, recommended 15 - 25 °C
35 - 80 % relative humidity, recommended <65%.
